On compliance

Both are honest options for European businesses. We publish our sub-processor list and DPA openly, with the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated so there's nothing to negotiate; our database is in Mumbai, which we state plainly rather than burying. A German buyer who requires EU-only data residency should ask us first — we'll tell you before you pay, not after.
