- What does the free trial include?
- Every feature for 30 days, with one WhatsApp number and up to 1,000 messages — enough to set up templates, flows and a test bulk send. No card needed; you pick a plan at the end.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Sending pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — your templates, contacts, flows and conversations are all still there, and sending resumes the moment you subscribe.
- What does Meta charge, and who pays it?
- Meta charges per template message, priced by the recipient's country and the template category. You add a card to your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly — we never touch that money or add a markup. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free from Meta.
- What counts as a message?
- Every message we send for you: bulk sends, drip sequences, replies from the inbox or your assistant, auto-replies and chatbot flow messages. Incoming messages are free and unlimited.
- Why is it cheaper than Wati or Peach?
- No per-seat fees and no sales team — you set it up yourself (or your AI assistant does it for you), so we can charge less.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
